Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?

No. We bring all the necessary cleaning products and equipment to complete the job. If you have specific products you'd prefer us to use, we're happy to accommodate where possible.

How much do your services cost?

Our prices vary depending on the type of service and the amount of work required. General cleaning starts from £30 for one hour, with discounted rates available for longer bookings. More specialist cleaning services are quoted following a free home assessment.

Do you offer regular cleaning?

Yes. We offer weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and one-off cleaning services. We'll work with you to create a schedule that suits your needs.

Do I need to be at home while you clean?

That's entirely up to you. Many of our customers choose to be at home, while others prefer to leave us with a key or arrange access in advance.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Yes. We treat every client and every home with complete discretion and confidentiality. Your privacy is always respected.

Can you help if I don't know where to start?

Absolutely. Many of our clients contact us because they feel overwhelmed. We'll work with you at your pace, creating a practical plan to help you regain control of your space without pressure or judgement.

What is your "A Bit More Muscle" service?

This service is designed for homes that need more than a standard clean. Whether you need help with decluttering, organising, clearing rooms, or tackling an overwhelming cleaning project, we provide practical, compassionate, and judgement-free support.

I'm embarrassed about the condition of my home. Will you judge me?

Absolutely not. We understand that life can be challenging, and every situation is different. Our priority is to help you create a clean, safe, and comfortable home. You'll always be treated with kindness, respect, and complete confidentiality.

Do you offer free quotations?

Yes. We offer free, no-obligation quotations. For larger or more specialist cleaning projects, we'll visit your property to assess the work involved before providing an accurate quote.

How long will the cleaning take?

Every home is different, so the time required depends on the size of the property and the level of cleaning needed. We'll discuss this with you during your quotation so you know exactly what to expect.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer and card payments.

When should I pay?

For larger projects that may take several days or weeks to complete, payment can be made either in full before work begins or by paying a 50% deposit at least 48 hours before the agreed start date.

If paying by deposit, the remaining balance will be due on the final day of the project before the work is signed off as complete. For longer projects, staged payments may be agreed and will be clearly outlined in your quotation.

Paying a deposit secures your booking and allows us to allocate the necessary time and resources to your project. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before the agreed start date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

All payment terms and our cancellation policy will be discussed with you in advance and clearly detailed in your quotation.
